What should I do if my card payment through the payment gateway fails?
If the payment has failed, please pay the order to our account.

Please use the order number as the variable symbol.
How long do I have to pay my order?
We wait 3 days from the creation of the order for payment. We will then send an email reminding you of this fact. From then on you have another 3 days to pay the order. In case of non-payment, the order is automatically cancelled after this time.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Please send a request to info@obuvjasny.cz. We will inform you by e-mail about the cancellation or change of the order.
What should I do if the courier or mail carrier does not reach you at the address indicated?
In case the courier does not reach you at the given address, he will leave information in the mailbox about the branch where the parcel is stored and the latest date of collection. In this case, the courier will contact you at the phone number provided in the order and try to agree with you on the next delivery date.
How do I return unsatisfactory goods?
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods to exchange or return them.
Please remember that the goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and without signs of wear or testing.
1. Fill in the return form we have enclosed in your package. If you don't have one, you can print it here.
2. Pack the goods carefully, put them in the box and send them with the completed form to Jasný CZ s.r.o., Jana Žižky 674, 50401 Nový Bydžov
3. We will inform you about the receipt of the goods by e-mail and your money will be refunded within 5 working days.
What if I like the shoe but need an exchange for another size?
Please pack the goods you want to return carefully and send them to Jasný CZ, s.r.o., Jana Žižky 674, 504 01 Nový Bydžov together with the document confirming the purchase in our shop. Do not forget to add the size or colour you want to exchange the goods for. We will inform you about the receipt of the package by e-mail immediately after receiving the shipment and we will immediately make the desired exchange. We will no longer charge you for postage.
If you don't want to risk that the size you want to exchange will be sold out in the meantime, you can inform us in advance by email at info@obuvjasny.cz and we will put the goods on your reservation.
How do I claim goods?
Send the goods to Jasný CZ, s.r.o., Jana Žižky 674, 504 01 Nový Bydžov, together with a document confirming the purchase in our shop and a description of the defect. The parcel cannot be sent COD. We will inform you by e-mail about the acceptance of the complaint immediately after receiving the shipment, and we will inform you by e-mail within three days about the method of processing the complaint. We have a statutory deadline of 30 working days to deal with a claim, but we endeavour to deal with claims as quickly as possible.
Are your shoes suitable for work?
Yes, all shoes with cork insoles meet the standards for light work shoes. This means that you can wear them in the office, as a service in a restaurant, hairdresser, or in lighter production operations, in social and health services, etc...
