Shipping and payment

At Jasny Shoes, we believe that shopping in our online store should not only involve choosing high-quality shoes, but also fast and smooth delivery to your home.

Delivery options and speed

We work with Packeta, so your order will usually arrive within 3–4 working days after dispatch. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with information and a link for tracking your shipment.

FOR GERMANY

Packeta Delivery to a pick-up point: 8 €. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen pick-up point. Zásilkovna will inform you of the pick-up options by text message or email. You can track the status of your shipment on the Zásilkovna website.

Packeta parcel to your door: 10 €. The driver will deliver the parcel to your home or to a location of your choice. You can track the status of your shipment on the Zásilkovna website.

Shipping costs are charged for orders up to a value of 120 €.

FOR AUSTRIA:

Packeta parcel to hand: 12 €. The driver will deliver the parcel to your home or to a location of your choice. You can track the shipping status on the Zásilkovna website.

Shipping costs are charged for orders up to a value of 120 €.

Delivery in Germany and Austria

Orders placed on jasnyshoes.cz are only delivered within Germany and Austria and to customers with a German or Austrian billing address.

Payment

When placing your order, you can choose between the following payment methods:

a) ShoptetPay – fast payment by credit card – FREE

b) ShoptetPay – fast card payment via the payment gateway – FREE

c) Payment by bank transfer – classic payment to our account. The payment details will be sent to you in the order confirmation email – FREE
